Every once in a while, a session comes along that feels like pure magic — the kind that reminds me exactly why I love what I do. This beautiful couple flew all the way from New York to Tucson to capture their maternity photos… and to share some even bigger news — they’re married! 💍

Why Tucson?

They had vacationed in the Southwest last year and fell completely in love with the desert — the light, the stillness, the feeling of space and calm that you can only find here. When it came time to plan their maternity photos, they knew they wanted to come back to Tucson.

For me, there’s nothing quite like seeing my desert home through someone else’s eyes. The way they looked around in awe at the saguaros, the soft pink sky, the golden light hitting the mountains — it reminded me just how lucky I am to live and work in this landscape.

This session wasn’t just about celebrating their growing family; it was about honoring how far they’ve come together. Between the laughter, the quiet moments, and the soft desert breeze, you could feel their love in every frame.
