A Dreamy Engagement Session at Empire Ranch

There’s something magical about golden fields, rugged mountains, and a sky painted with the softest pastels of sunset. Empire Ranch provided the perfect setting for a recent engagement session that completely stole my heart. Not only did I have the honor of capturing the love between a wonderful couple, but I also got to include their adorable four-legged companion in their love story.

The Love Story

From the moment I met Jessica and Austin, I could tell their connection was something special. Their love radiated in every glance, every touch, and every playful moment. They chose Empire Ranch for their engagement photos because of its wide-open spaces and natural beauty—a place that truly reflects their adventurous spirit.

A Session with a Furry Friend

One of the best parts of this session was incorporating their dog into the shoot. Pets are family, and I love when couples include them in such an important milestone. Their pup was full of energy, joyfully running through the tall grass and occasionally stealing the spotlight in the most adorable way. It made for some candid, heartfelt moments that I know they’ll cherish forever.

The Magic of Empire Ranch

Empire Ranch is one of my favorite locations for engagement sessions. The vast landscape, golden hues, and stunning desert backdrop create a timeless and romantic atmosphere. We had the perfect light that evening—soft, warm, and glowing. And as the sun dipped behind the mountains, the sky transformed into a breathtaking ombre of blue, pink, and purple, with the moon making an early appearance.
